Our foraging mix is similar to our premium mix but does not include our specialized food. We have created this foraging mix to add a wider variety to your rat's diet in between their standard pellets., as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. Unlike some other rat mixes available, our mix has been worked on and measured to ensure that your rats are eating appropriate levels of grains, proteins, seed, and nutrition. We use a blend of only the best quality of ingredients to create this mix!
Our foraging mix should not be fed as a stand-alone - It should either be scattered throughout the cage for extra enrichment, or have rat pellets added alongside for a balanced diet.

Our foraging mix is made locally from fresh ingredients. Ingredients may change each time depending on availability. The mix as of 11/8/2021 includes:
Puffed Spelt, Puffed Wheat, Puffed Rice, Cornflakes, Rye Flakes, Pasta, Puffed Millet, Jumbo Oats, Chickpeas, Split Peas, Lentils, Linseed, Pumpkin Seed, Almond Slices, Sunflower Seeds, Hemp Seed, White Millet, Hungarian Millet, Hulled Oats, Canary Seed, Roasted Peanuts in Shell, Dried Papaya, Sliced Cranberries, Banana Chips and Coconut Shreds.
Our food all comes in a resealable and durable bag, in which it can be stored until your mischief finishes it off.
